Processing of personal data

The purpose of this Policy for the processing of personal data for customers according to the GDPR issued by the company Forte NET s.r.o., with registered office at Bělehradská 858/23, ZIP Code 12000, ID number: 04837126, C254461 held at the Municipal Court in Prague. (hereinafter "administrator") is to provide information about what personal data the administrator processes about natural persons when providing services, selling goods, when visiting websites operated by the administrator and contacts with potential customers, for what purposes and for how long the administrator uses this personal data in processes in accordance with the applicable legal regulations, to whom and for what reason it can pass it on, as well as inform about

what rights natural persons have in connection with the processing of their personal data. This Policy applies to the processing of personal data of the administrator's customers and, as appropriate, their representatives or contact persons, service users, those interested in services and goods and visitors to websites operated by the administrator, always to the extent of personal data corresponding to their position vis-à-vis the administrator. This Policy is effective from 25 May 5 and is issued in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2018/2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data ("the Regulation" or "GDPR").
